DOH! was created by Pastry Chef Annalise Brolaski (Annie) and her creative partner Nicholas Hart. Seeing the growing need for Vegan and Gluten-Free foods that taste great, Nick and Annie decided that the world deserved a better cookie dough, a cookie dough that could be eaten raw, but could also be baked up into melt-in-your-mouth cookies!
After much research and recipe testing, Annie created the perfect recipe! The taste of DOH! will bring back warm memories of Grandma’s freshly baked cookies, but they happen to be Vegan and Gluten-Free! How is this possible?
