Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Slice the plums, pit and spread in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the plums with lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup
  4. Mix the cashews, flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract and the cinnamon in a food processor. Add the oatmeal, coconut and the salt and pulse a few times.
  5. Spread the crumble over the plums.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes
